The problem

What we did
We built Google Ads, Meta and Bing campaigns from a blank slate. Foundations first: tracking, audiences, naming conventions, reporting cadence. Then methodical testing, small budgets, statistical significance, kill the losers fast. As we found what worked we increased spend in controlled steps.
