What we collect

When you submit a form on this website we collect: your name, email address, phone number (optional), company name, an indication of monthly ad spend, and any message you include. We also collect standard web analytics data (pages visited, referral source, device type, approximate location at city level) via cookies where you have consented.

Why we collect it

We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry and providing PPC management services) and, for marketing communications, on the basis of consent. We do not sell or share your data with unrelated third parties.

Where your data is stored

Form submissions are stored in our CRM (GoHighLevel, hosted in the US under Standard Contractual Clauses). The website is hosted on Vercel (US, SCCs in place). Analytics data, where consented, is processed by Google Analytics. All transfers outside the UK are safeguarded by appropriate legal mechanisms.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months after last contact unless you become a client, in which case it is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 6 years for legal and accounting purposes. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any right, email antoine.martin@wmiltd.com. If you are unsatisfied with our response you may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
