The problem
FiltersFast had been in business since 2004 and had a strong brand. But Google Ads had hit a wall — they couldn't scale revenue past a certain level without ROI dropping below break-even. Customer retention was soft and lifetime value was lower than it should have been for a category with high repeat-purchase potential.
What we did
We restructured the Google Ads account to give it room to scale, then layered in Bing Ads to capture demand Google couldn't reach efficiently. The combination unlocked spend headroom without sacrificing return. In parallel we worked on retention-focused campaigns — keeping existing customers buying through promotional and remarketing layers — to lift LTV.
