The problem
Showery had high cost per conversion during peak hours, soft conversion rates on high-ticket SKUs, and a cart abandonment problem that was eating into otherwise-qualified traffic.
What we did
Three parallel fixes: tightened ad copy and landing-page alignment to bring CPA down where it was bleeding the most; built a seasonal promotional calendar to drive high-ticket SKUs at the right moments rather than year-round; and stood up a proper abandoned-cart remarketing flow to recover the buyers who'd left without checking out.
